Monstrous Majesty is my personal art/passion project that I've been working on since 2018, it is a dark fantasy/sci-fi cartoon told through comedy. It follows the story of Dustbite, the upcoming Grim Reaper, after being presented to the Gods of the planet Rhye by the Seers of the universe due to the current reaper abusing his power. When he reaches the surface of Rhye from the afterlife, he meets Monstrous Majesty, an evil, barbaric organization who have goals of universal domination.
In exchange for Monstrous Majesty helping him with his tasks assigned by the gods, Dustbite will assist them in achieving universal dominance.
Join Dustbite, Jawlly Rotger, Mercury Mangy, Dr. Count Orion Bitenroc, Sammy, and eventually Glambchop on their misadventures, mischief, and mayhem across Rhye, space, Earth, and the universe! The stories are divided into a four era timeline based on the different eras of Queen. This project serves as my personal love letter to the band, especially their frontman and lead vocalist Freddie Mercury.Monstrous Majesty’s first few illustrations were first created in late 2018 after watching the film “Bohemian Rhapsody” and later began developing as an original story in 2019. One of my main goals for this project is to turn it into a book series. I have many other things I’d like to do with the project as well since I do all kinds of different artwork.ALL HAIL MONSTROUS MAJESTY!

Frequently Asked Questions
-I am allergic to animals, do you have any pets?My work space is 100% pet free, I do not own any pets.-Do you make heads for people who wear glasses?Yes I do, please specify that you wear glasses before discussing any other details with me. My heads are built a specific way inside which also prevents glasses from fogging up.Are you able to work with deadlines?I do not work with deadlines and I do not make acceptations for rush fees. I work when I am able to and clients will be updated when I do and do not work. I sometimes have to travel due to family which affects my time to work, clients will always be notified beforehand.-Do you make cute heads?I do not make masks that are traditionally “cute” but I am open to working with friendlier characters and designs as long as the client is okay with grotesque features such as eye bags, bumps, and bloodshot eyes.-What species and designs are you not open to doing?I am open to all species, but I tend to work more with those who have unique or uncommon species and designs.
I don’t only do animal based designs either. I am open to doing monsters such as unidentifiable creatures, aliens, ogres, and cryptids. Please note that I am not open to doing cryptids that are culturally sensitive (Wendigos and Skin-Walkers being an example )As for designs, I only work with characters with a max of 3-4 colors and I prefer to work with simpler designs since it would translate better in my style. If you are uncertain about your design, you are always free to email me and ask.I will not be working with designs with religious imagery of any kind.
--What happens if my mask’s paint fades over time? It’s normal for this to happen over time. If this happens to your head, you are always welcome to send it back to me for some touch ups as long as you pay for the shipping on both ends! Please check in with me first.-How heavy are your heads? It really depends on the character’s design and the choices made by the client. Some heads will be 1 1/2 pounds to 2 1/2. If your head has magnetic features, a set of teeth, and big ears, it is going to be slightly heavier. This applies to both my balaclava and helmet methods. I’ve made a helmet mask that was slightly lighter than one of the balaclava heads and vise-versa, so again, it just really depends on the design and choices made by the client. I will do the best I can to keep it as lightweight as possible.-Are your heads machine washable?I highly do not recommend that you machine wash one of my heads, cold water and some detergent in a tub will do just fine, leave your head to air dry over a fan. _-Do you ship internationally?Yes, absolutely! It might be a little more expensive but can be done. regardless of where the client is from, it is their responsible for paying shipping at the end of the commission. Insurance will also always be included along with a required signature for delivery so your product could safely arrive to your home.Update: Depending on where you're located shipping needs to be discussed beforehand if you are outside of the US mainland or international. How do I know which mask method is right for me?It really depends on the individual,For those who wear glasses, like to wear partial costumes, or those who enjoy more proportionate masks, I recommend the balaclava method. This method might require just a bit more care inside, but is easier to travel and take around. This method is also the lightest weight. For those who like to wear full bodied costumes and wear costumes constantly, I recommend the helmet method. This would require less care inside and cleaning is a lot easier. I do not recommend this method for individuals who wear glasses since these heads are slip ons with a certain size. This method is a bit heavier than the balaclava method and the masks are naturally larger since they are built over a sports helmet, but fits full bodied costumes better and does not require immediate cleaning for the whole mask. Although that might be the case, I highly recommend cleaning your mask after a heavy use or multiple light uses.Do not let the amount of information on the helmet method scare you, it’s just a sturdier all-foam head. both make great masks and are equally comfortable to wear. If you are uncertain which method to choose for your commission, I can give you a recommendation which will depend on the design.* I don't offer removable eyelids! eyes are static and small, can affect wearer's vision! I offer removable tongues! *
